About DANIEL’S INN
Daniel’s Inn started in Orange County in May of 1993 as a monthly gathering of judges and attorneys for spiritual conversation and prayer. Great friendships and prayer circles have started here. It is not a private membership group, and like an inn, you are always welcome, even if you are new or have been away for years. All denominations are welcome. We hold our annual conference as a friend-raising event. We collect no dues, have no political endorsements, do not lend out our mailing list, and we have no elected officers in order to give the Holy Spirit a better chance at leading us. We have no agendas. Our goals are spiritual conversation, prayer, friendship, fellowship and mutual encouragement within the legal profession.
Daniel’s Inn refers to Daniel facing the fire and surviving because he was not alone. Daniel 3:19. With him and his two companions was a fourth person Nebuchadnezzar described as “a son of the gods.” Daniel’s Inn has the motto of “You’re Not Alone.” Like Daniel, we have God and one another as our sources of strength in adversity.
